Delete account

You can ask us to delete your Nuvouch account and associated personal data by emailing [email protected].

Please send the request from the email address tied to your account when possible. If we need additional information to verify the account, we will ask for it before completing the request.

After we verify the request, we delete or de-identify account profile data and personal data associated with your use of Nuvouch, including records that are no longer needed to provide the service.

Some information may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, tax, accounting, or legitimate operational records. Retained data is limited to what is necessary for those purposes.

We typically confirm receipt within a few business days and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
