Terms of service

By accessing or using Nuvouch websites, APIs, SDKs, or related services (the "Services"), you agree to these terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

We provide consent and human-in-the-loop approval infrastructure. Features, limits, and availability may change as we develop the product. We may suspend or discontinue all or part of the Services with reasonable notice where practicable.

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it current. We may refuse or revoke access to protect the Services or other users.

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to bypass security, overload systems, scrape in violation of our policies, or use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive activity.

Third-party applications that connect to Nuvouch are not controlled by us. Your relationship with those providers is separate, and their terms and privacy policies may apply to you.

Nuvouch and its licensors retain all rights in the Services, branding, and documentation. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for your internal business purposes or as otherwise agreed in writing.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NUVOUCH AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES.

You will defend and indemnify Nuvouch against claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these terms, subject to applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nuvouch operates, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where prohibited by law. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a different forum is required by mandatory law.

We may modify these terms. If changes are material, we will provide notice as appropriate. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
