What counts as an approval request?
Every consent request your platform sends to a user counts as one approval request, whether the user approves, denies, flags, or lets it expire. Cancelled or duplicate requests within 60 seconds are not billed.

Do you charge per seat?
No. We don't bill on end-users or admin seats. Paid plans are based on approval request volume.

What happens if I exceed my plan?
Free projects should upgrade before production volume. Pro and Business can keep running with usage-based overages.

Why use a base plan plus overage?
It keeps early usage predictable while making high-volume production usage fair. You get included approval requests every month, then pay only when volume grows past the plan.

How are refunds handled?
Paid plans are billed monthly. If something looks wrong in your usage, contact us and we will review it before billing adjustments are finalized.
